Pedi para ir no banheiro e disseram que é só para cliente. Resposta clássica de quem não sabe tratar bem o cliente.
E eu até pretendia comprar lá. Perderam 3 clientes, pois eu estava com meu filho e esposa. Aliás praia do forte não tem onde ir no banheiro.... Péssimo

I asked to go to the bathroom and they said it is only for customers. Classic response from those who do not know how to treat the customer well.
And I even intended to buy there. They lost 3 customers because I was with my son and wife. In fact Praia do Forte has nowhere to go in the bathroom .... Terrible

Sentamos na mesa que fica na parte de trás do estabelecimento e a funcionária grosseiramente disse que não atenderia lá porque era muito longe e não disponibilidade para ir até lá, só nas mesas laterais. Detalhe: a mesa que fica na parte de trás tinha uma distância de meio metro das mesas laterais que ela sinalizou. Não indico e não volto lá. Os estabelecimentos precisam aprender a tratar o cliente com cordialidade e respeito.
Terrible attendance! Total neglect and attention to the customer. We sat at the table at the back of the establishment and the employee rudely said she wouldn't answer there because it was too far away and not available to go there, only at the side tables. Detail: the table in the back was half a meter away from the side tables she had signaled. I do not indicate and I will not go back there. Establishments need to learn to treat the customer with warmth and respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente o chocolate quente é DIVINO. Experimentei o pastel de Belém e estava perfeito também. Localizado na Praia do Forte. Não deixem de visitar. Vale super a pena. Sem contar o atendimento de primeira e o local bastante acolhedor.
Simply hot chocolate is DIVINE. I tried the pastel de Belém and it was perfect too. Located in Praia do Forte. Don't forget to visit. It's really worth it. Not to mention the first class service and the very cozy place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saiu a simpatia do Tango Café e entrou a antipatia dos atendentes substitutos. O ambiente esta bonito. Se eu fosse o dono, faria nova selecao de equipe e daria um bom treinamento.
Atualização em Natal de 2021: não sei se foi a recomendação feita acima, mas o certo é que voltei ao Grão Café no Natal e me surpreendi com a gentileza das atendentes, acredito inclusive que são as mesmas funcionarias do inicio. Parabéns ! Promovido a Café 4 estrela.
The sympathy of the Tango Café left and the antipathy of the substitute attendants entered. The environment is beautiful. If I were the owner, I would make new team selection and give good training.
Update on Christmas 2021: I don't know if it was the recommendation made above, but what is certain is that I went back to Grão Café at Christmas and I was surprised by the kindness of the attendants, I even believe that they are the same employees from the beginning. Congratulations ! Promoted to 4 star Café.
