★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui imprimir meu Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso com um valor extremamente alto e eles não se deram o trabalho de observar que, ao entrar no Word deles, o projeto havia sido modificado e, portanto, ficado desformatado. Eles entregaram o trabalho, após três horas de espera, lacrado e acabei entregando na mesma forma confiante no projeto está correto após tantas horas de espera e diante de um preço exorbitante cobrado pelos mesmos. Com isso, tive que apresentar meu TCC desformatado mas, graças ao meu conteúdo, fui aprovado. Acredito que pelo fato de observarem que o material tenha ficado completamente desformatado, deviam, ao menos, me informar para que eu pudesse resolver o problema. Mas preferiram entregar o material errado com um preço alto que não valeu a pena após eu passar horas esperando uma impressão. Um desserviço!
 I was printing my Course Completion Work to an extremely high value and they did not bother to note that upon entering their Word the project had been modified and therefore unformatted. They delivered the work after three hours of waiting, sealed and ended up delivering in the same confident way the project is correct after so many hours of waiting and facing an exorbitant price charged by them. With that, I had to present my unformatted TCC but, thanks to my content, I was approved. I believe that by noting that the material was completely deformed, they should at least inform me so that I could solve the problem. But they preferred to deliver the wrong material at a high price that wasn't worth it after I spent hours waiting for an impression. A disservice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complicado ouve um atraso enorme com um pedido ainda confeccionar um cardápio sem dar desconto ainda coloca a publicidade não autorizada no produto entregando o mesmo sem nem comentar a propaganda com nome, logo e telefone... Fiquei bem com meu cliente achando q estou fazendo propaganda da gráfica no material deles ?
Complicated hears a huge delay with an order still making a menu without discounting still puts unauthorized advertising on the product delivering the same without even commenting the advertisement with name, logo and telephone... I was fine with my client thinking I'm advertising from the graphics on their material ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço caro, péssimo. O atendimento é pior ainda. Pedir para confeccionarem cartões de visita e papel timbrado. Os cartões vieram desconfigurados, muuuito mal cortados, tive que pedi pra refazer. Meu papel timbrado Também veio com defeito. Não façam com essa gráfica. Existem outras com qualidade igual ou melhor, e muito mais barata.
Expensive, terrible service. The service is even worse. Ask them to make business cards and letterhead. The cards came mangled, very badly cut, I had to ask them to redo. My letterhead also came defective. Don't do it with this graphic. There are others with the same or better quality, and much cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por duas vezes solicitamos o serviço para fabricação de crachás empresarias, só enrolação, ninguém dá retorno faz o cliente de palhaço. Na proposta de preço diz que entrega com 15 dias, mas não acontece, já passou até 2 meses só de enrolação. Totalmente insatisfeita com o serviço. Sem comprometimento algum a copiadora com o cliente. Não indico.
Twice we requested the service for the manufacture of business badges, it's just a fuss, nobody gives a return, making the customer look like a clown. In the price proposal it says delivery with 15 days, but it doesn't happen, it's been up to 2 months just stalling. Totally dissatisfied with the service. No commitment to the copier with the customer. I do not indicate.
