No primeiro dia, eles não tinham a bebida do combo e disseram que não poderia trocar a bebida mesmo que eles não tinham.
Hoje volto novamente lá e o molho de tomate veio AZEDO, o odor era terrível. Quando eu fui lá trocar, ofereceram-me um outro molho, mas se quer pediram desculpas.
Com toda certeza não comerei mais nesse lugar e espero que os donos tomem uma providência.

Today I go back there again and the tomato sauce came AZEDO, the odor was terrible. When I went there to change, they offered me another sauce, but if you want they apologized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, minha namorada pegou um prato (Ancho + arroz com brócolis ) o arroz estava estragado foi preciso trocar o prato, peguei o arroz a moda do chefe estava velho, e veio um feijão que parecia que já estava a um mês na geladeira ou mais.
Experiência horrível, não recomendo...

I really enjoyed it, big and tasty hamburger, fair price. Potatoes are seasoned to the measure, I definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com o sanduíche foi muito boa, primeiro que perguntam o ponto que o cliente deseja(sempre recomendo que peçam ao ponto, de preferência da casa) o que é muito importante e diferencial pois geralmente o ponto não está à disposição para ser trocado, embora o sal seja um pouco acentuado logo percebe-se tratar da proposta do hambúrguer mais similar ao churrasco e não algum outro ingrediente que possui muita salinidade, a batata acerta também tanto em quantidade do sal como em textura. Um ponto que poderia melhorar seria o acréscimo de um combo com suco + batata + sanduíche, todavia recomendo o local, além de saboroso possui valor competitivo comparado ao de outras franquias do mesmo segmento, disponíveis na praça de alimentação.

One point that could be improved would be the addition of a combo with juice + potato + sandwich, however I recommend the place, in addition to being tasty, it has a competitive value compared to other franchises in the same segment, available in the food court.
