★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento...comprei uma bateria o ( técnico) do estabelecimento trocou não instalou corretamente a bateria furou...provocando vários danos no meu automóvel..o estabelecimento não se responsabilizou e ainda disse que foi mal uso..
Então este estabelecimento NÃO cumpre o que promete...
Infelizmente estou muito decepcionada com tamanha incompetência do responsável Sr Gabriel e seu (técnico).
Terrible service...I bought a battery the (technician) of the establishment changed it did not install the battery correctly pierced...causing several damages to my car..the establishment was not responsible and even said it was misused..
So this establishment DOES NOT deliver what it promises...
Unfortunately I am very disappointed with such incompetence of the person in charge Mr Gabriel and his (technician).

Já tenho dois copos que ganhei deles de brinde. Sou cliente fiel e indico a todos que queiram um serviço de qualidade e bom preço e sem essa de querer te enrolar.
Fiz orçamento em 5 lugares, todos queriam me jogar uma nova bateria, 590 reais mais ou menos mas o pessoal da grau Baterias me ofereceu recarga da minha bateria, pois a mesma só tinha descarregado e era nova. Moral da história : não tinha dinheiro pra gastar mas ficou super em conta, e não foi necessário comprar uma nova bateria. Valeu galera.
It is the second time in a short time that I need help and I am always well attended, with honesty and fair price. I recommend with eyes closed. I already have two cups that I got from them as a gift. I'm a loyal customer and I recommend it to everyone who wants a quality service at a good price and without wanting to wind you up.
I made a budget in 5 places, everyone wanted to throw me a new battery, 590 reais more or less but the staff at Grade Batteries offered me to recharge my battery, because it had only been discharged and was new. Moral of the story: I didn't have money to spend but it was super affordable, and it was not necessary to buy a new battery. Thank you guys.
