No entanto, também observamos a ocorrência de algumas situações ruins, como a desintegração dos valores humanos, o consumo desenfreado, a marginalização social e a agressão ao meio ambiente.
Por isso, acreditamos que devemos despertar no ser humano a importância do conhecimento técnico, como também em conscientizá-lo para a solidariedade, o respeito ao próximo e o trabalho em equipe.
 Technological advances have been breaking economic, social and cultural borders, bringing greater ease of access to information, freedom of expression and social inclusion. However, we also observed the occurrence of some bad situations, such as the disintegration of human values, unrestrained consumption, social marginalization and aggression to the environment.
Therefore, we believe that we must awaken in human beings the importance of technical knowledge, as well as making them aware of solidarity, respect for others and teamwork.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento digital. Telefones nunca atendem, o whats que eles fornecem para atendimento já estou a dias sem resposta. Foram maravilhosos até a conclusão da matrícula, depois, contanto que você esteja em dia financeiramente eles não se importam. Taxas absurdas para cancelamento/trancamento de matrícula.
Terrible digital service. Phones never answer, whats they provide for assistance I've had no answer for days. They were wonderful until the completion of enrollment, then as long as you are up to date financially they don't mind. Absurd fees for cancellation / cancellation of registration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insatisfeito. Só enrolação nas aulas e o pessoal nunca resolve o problema em relação a pagamento e olha que sempre paguei em dia. O problema está nos funcionários que só querem ganhar o seu salário e os alunos que se lasqu... Vocês já sabem. Iria fazer um curso técnico na instituição mas desiste, prefiro ficar no profissionalizante mesmo.
Dissatisfied. It's just messing around in classes and the staff never solves the problem regarding payment and I always pay on time. The problem is with the employees who just want to earn their salary and the students who chip in... You already know. He was going to take a technical course at the institution but gives up, I prefer to stay in the professional course.
