Pra minha surpresa o funcionário Caio me informou que não poderia pegar água pois só era permitido durante o horário do café da manhã
Fiquei indignado pois me negaram o uso de bebedouro mesmo sendo hóspede do hotel.
On 3/21/19, around 15:30 I entered the restaurant (Gravesend) and ask to get some water in the water cooler
To my surprise the employee Caio informed me that he could not get water because it was only allowed during breakfast hours
I was indignant because they denied me the use of a water cooler even though I was a guest of the hotel.
