Customer for over 30 years, I see with sadness the way I have been treated lately. Some time ago sellers used to go to my carpentry shop once a month to take an order. Today I buy little at the store but I expected better treatment. Sellers don't even look at us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Você vai lá e os caras só te veem ou atendem se você for famoso, inacreditável, nunca mais, prefiro ir procurar lojas similares em Santos, me encaminharam pra um moleque fazer um orçamento, estou até hoje esperando, kkkk esses funcionários vão acabar com o comércio. Ou pode ser falta de concorrência também, pois acho que não tem solução.
You go there and the guys only see you or see you if you're famous, unbelievable, never again, I'd rather go look for similar stores in Santos, they sent me to a kid to make a budget, I'm waiting until today, hahaha these employees will put an end to the business. Or it could be lack of competition too, because I think there is no solution.
