★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pouquíssimos horários, e boa parte dos ônibus caindo aos pedaços. Tem hora que parece que vai se desintegrar durante a viagem. Muitas vezes o elevador de cadeirante emperra, atrasando bastante a viagem. Não cumpre horários, a maioria esmagadora atrasa, e se o motorista chegar no local de partida 10 minutos mais cedo, nada de esperar, ele vai embora. Enfim, Ubatuba padece muito de uma empresa de transporte.

A anos todos reclamam as avaliações da empresa são péssima e nada acontece. Os responsáveis dessa empresa devem ser muito infeliz tem a chance de fazer algo que favoreça a milhares de pessoas todos os dias mas não fazem nada. Situação triste, desastrosa, pessoas assim deveriam responder criminalmente por seus atos. Como não há opção continuamos a usar.
