★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei umas 20 vezes pela parte da manhã a partir das 8, ninguém atendeu. Depois liguei às 11:00 fui atendida por uma funcionária que pediu para eu fazer contato por aplicativo de mensagens e só me respondeu por lá, 3 horas da tarde. Conclusão: Se vc tiver urgência no atendimento vá in loco, pois, o atendimento por telefone é péssimo e demorado. Só não vou dar uma estrela pq antes da tal funcionária resolver responder a mensagem liguei novamente e falei com outro atendente super prestativo e ágil que me deu retorno do que eu queria imediatamente. Então se vc não quiser ir até a loja, tenho uma dica: Tente, mas tente muito ligar (tem que ter paciência) e assim que alguém resolver atender peça para falar com um funcionário chamado FELIPE, pois eu acho que é o único que realmente se dispõe a trabalhar lá. Me atendeu super bem, muito simpático e eficiente.
 I called about 20 times in the morning from 8, no one answered. Then I called at 11:00 am and was answered by an employee who asked me to make contact via the messaging app and only answered me there, at 3 pm. Conclusion: If you have urgent care, go on site, because the phone service is terrible and takes time. I just won't give a star because before that employee decided to answer the message I called again and spoke to another super helpful and agile attendant who gave me back what I wanted immediately. So if you don't want to go to the store, I have a tip: Try, but try a lot to call (you have to be patient) and as soon as someone decides to answer, ask to speak with an employee called FELIPE, because I think he's the only one who really willing to work there. He took care of me very well, very friendly and efficient.
