★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owners Thiago and Vini very attentive, always doing their best to make guests feel like family, the staff staff are always friendly, a pleasant and well decorated place, great location, close to the center of Ubatuba, the beach is not very good but from there it is easy to access the best beaches in Ubatuba, facing the sea with a beautiful view of the sunrise, ah there are also tours that they promote to the islands, and other places there.
Very good to go with friends, or alone and make friends there, I will be back more often.

Good location, easy access to the main beaches. The bungalow accommodates up to 6 people but I would recommend maximum 4 if you want a bit of comfort. Bear in mind that this is a hostel, so please expect noise from other neighbours there. I don’t recommend cooking due the lack of tools for that. A/C worked although the wind deflector was broken, what was annoying for the person sleeping close to it because this person had the wind on him/her. The beds were not properly made and sheets were not spread either, the mattresses were not so comfortable but we managed to sleep. The bungalow was dirty and not tidy, it gave us the impression that it was kind of abandoned. The sink was clogged and the furniture was full of dust. We also recommend you to bring some mosquito repellent. The door of our bungalow was opened 24h because the lock was broken, the staff promised to repair it but at least during our stay it was not fixed. We were feeling uncomfortable leaving all our belongings there, fortunately they were not touched. The hostel offered a barbecue with free caipirinha for 60 reais per person, I highly recommend it, amazing food, good drink and nice live music. If you are not picky like us, definitely this is your place to stay in Ubatuba.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know how they did it, but this hostel has found a way to foster profound friendships among complete strangers on a regular basis.
What I thought would be a fairly solo, semi-lonely trip to the coast of SP turned into daily beach outings with a group of 10-15 people at a time with everybody congregating in the kitchen by 8 am ready to get back out to surf, to swim, to chill, to drink, to whatever... but to do it together. And we're all still in touch trying to plan the next trip and recreate what we had at GH.
The staff are all wonderful and are wholly responsible for creating this vibe. It's impossible not to meet everyone and like everyone and end up wanting to extend your stay for eternity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could, I'd give it 0/5 - our stay at Green Haven was awkward. Some of the staff was working stoned, food supply was limited to frozen (very bad Pizza), cleanliness was hardly given and after our stay I received 3 mails requesting an excellent review because "everyone loved me there".
Pathetic! I do not recommend staying there at all, worst hostel I have experienced it Brazil (while travelling for 6 weeks)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Green Haven became a really special place to me. It would be just a lonely trip to the beach, but GH changed it into one of the best experiences of my life. The atmosphere is amazing, all staff is so friendly and they are always available to help you. There is always something nice to do every day of the week, a new beach to know, some adventure at the ocean or into the forest, and you will always find someone at the hostel to enjoy with you this moments. At night, staff and other guests probably are cooking and drinking together, playing something or dancing. Friday and saturday's nights are very lively and if you want to enjoy a great party and meet some new people, it's the place. I can't wait to go back to Green Haven. Congrats and thanks for this experience!

The Green Haven is an excelent place to stay for a while. The staff is really committed to give us the best experience we can. They show real interest and great effort to make this hostel not only the best place to stay in Ubatuba because of its installations, also where you can party, chill, meet people from all parts of Brazil and South America. They say that they try to do everything at their best: rest hard, party hard, enjoy all.
