Em termos de lazer deixa um pouco a desejar: Piscina pequena, academia não vir, parque infantil não vir. Pelo valor que é pago de condomínio existem outras opções muito mais em conta e com uma estrutura de lazer melhor.
Quiet, upper-middle class condominium, good neighborhood and safe.
In terms of leisure, it leaves a little to be desired: Small swimming pool, gym not coming, playground not coming. For the amount that is paid for condominiums, there are other options that are much more affordable and with a better leisure structure.
