★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendou uma visita pra verificar um problema na geladeira, não compareceram e quando liguei pra saber o pq desligaram o telefone e não atenderam mais. Retornei várias vezes e pelo que parece não quiseram mais atende minha ligação e nem compareceram na residência, não são profissionais e não tem compromisso com o cliente, não garantem a palavra.
 Scheduled a visit to check a problem in the refrigerator, they did not show up and when I called to find out why they hung up the phone and did not answer any more. I returned several times and apparently they did not want to answer my call or attend the residence anymore, they are not professionals and have no commitment to the client, they do not guarantee the floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive à uns dias no local. Um rapazote me atendeu com uma má vontade absurda. Dizia não ter a peça que eu procurava e fazia um esforço tremendo pra me despachar. Uma mulher que estava na mesa ao lado vendo a cena se dirigiu à mim. Mas sem.sequer levantar da cadeira. Me disse pra eu passar o modelo da geladeira que depois veria se teriam a peça. Hj 06 janeiro passei por lá e estavam fechados as 11:30 da manha. Pelos comentários negativos aqui creio que é melhor procurar em outro lugar. Não vale a pena dirigir por40km pra passar por isso.
I was a few days on site. A boy answered me with an absurd ill will. I said I didn't have the piece I was looking for and made a tremendous effort to dispatch me. A woman at the next table watching the scene addressed me. But without ever getting up from the chair. He told me to pass the model of the refrigerator that later would see if they had the piece. Hj 6 January I passed by and were closed at 11:30 in the morning. From the negative comments here I think it is better to look elsewhere. It's not worth driving 40 miles to get through it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito com o cliente, marcam o dia para ir fazer o serviço e não aparecem nem dão satisfação. Perdi dois dias de trabalho para esperar os dias que agendaram e reagendaram e não apareceram, não atendem o telefone e só respondem as mensagens depois de dias... Não recomendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei um Cooktop Consul a pouco mais de uma semana. A moça havia me dito que em 3 dias eu teria a resposta sob avaliação do técnico... Não obtive até o momento! Tentei contatar por telefone e whatsapp; nos dois canais de comunicação não consegui, ainda, obter a resposta (visualizam e não respondem e por telefone diz que irão me ligar da central, pois os atendentes estão em home office, mas, não entraram em contato até o momento). Gostaria apenas de um posicionamento da empresa. Em época de Pandemia e com os decretos municipais de contenção, entendo caso foi necessário fechar o estabelecimento ou trabalhar com horário reduzido etc; mas como cliente espero ter informações e o acompanhamento da empresa!
I left a Cooktop Consul just over a week ago. The girl had told me that in 3 days I would have the answer under the technician's evaluation ... I haven't gotten it yet! I would just like a positioning of the company. In Pandemic times and with the municipal decrees of containment, I understand if it was necessary to close the establishment or work with reduced hours, etc; but as a customer I hope to have information and follow-up from the company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cobram visita, demoram para dar o diagnóstico e disponibilidade de peças é lamentável. Resultado: para assistencia técnica Samsung máquina lava e seca - perda de tempo e dinheiro. Foi em outra autorizada na mesma cidade e tive a substituição da peça em 5 dias pela metade do tempo e menor custo da Greenvalley.
They charge a visit, they take a long time to give the diagnosis and the availability of parts is unfortunate. Result: for Samsung washer and dryer technical assistance - waste of time and money. It was at another authorized dealer in the same city and I had the part replaced in 5 days for half the time and lower cost of Greenvalley.
