★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde ...ótimo lugar pra trabalhar mais queria que ela fosse como antes empregando todo mundo...queria que ela voltase a aceitar pessoas que já trabalharão lá teve gente pegou 3 anos e que não consegue entra por muitas vez (porque seu historico tá sujo as vez nunca fazemos nada pra isso acontecer) deveria da chance a essas pessoas que precisa ...jovem aprendes e novo mais na frente consegue trabalhar nóis que somos mais velhos fica meio dificio o trabalho agora .... Gostaria de voltar a trabalhar nessa grande fábrica...

Eu e minha esposa nos dirigimos a portaria para tomar banho e para nossa surpresa o porteiro nos comunicou que banho somente para mim !!!
Isso mesmo... Depois de passar a tarde na rua embaixo de sol descobrimos que a empresa Grendene não aceita nem disponibiliza um chuveiro para acompanhantes...
Desculpem as palavras mas a verdade que nos sentimos humilhados...
Gostaria de dizer que todos os funcionários foram educadissimos e prestativos mas infelizmente local para tomar banho somente para motoristas... acompanhantes não.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em primeiro lugar quero falar dos que têm o cargo de supervisor técnico, existe um no setor de injeção da fábrica 3 que não tem muita paciência com funcionários, minha esposa trabalha há 4 anos, as vezes chega chorando em casa. Ela relata que não é muito bem tratada, o supervisor de quem eu falo se chama Júnior. Essa não é a primeira vez que acontece, teve mais gente aí dentro que já maltratou ela também. Ela é cardíaca e não pode sentir raiva e nem se emocionar muito. Se alguém tiver lendo este comentário por favor, faça chegar até um chefe maior daí de dentro. Se o funcionário é importante pra empresa, faça com que os que tem um cargo maior respeite, seja homem ou mulher .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ parabéns a toda equipe da portaria por seu proficionalismo, quanto a cidade de sobral tenha cuidado pois está infestada de foto sensores para multar, quem for para Grendene pela rodovia estadual tem que ter AET o governo do estado do Ceará só está interessado em arrecadar, belo modo de incentivar o comércio!!!
