★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa locadora é um barato que sai carro, nao são flexíveis o atendente Reginaldo é mal educado não faz questão de ajudar o cliente. na agora de pegar o carro tudo é bom depois tudo fica difícil. No final foi cobrado um valor de um arranhão no parachoque ridículo.

 This rental company is a cheap car, they are not flexible, the attendant Reginaldo is rude and does not insist on helping the customer. in now to get the car everything is good then everything is difficult. In the end, a ridiculous bumper scratch was charged.
Inexpensive and very expensive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ótimo, fiquei com o "pé atrás" quando vi os comentários anteriores, porém, fui prontamente atendido pelo Elias, que foi até o local antes do horário comercial para me atender. Locadora sem burocracia como outras que tive a infeliz experiencia de precisar, valores muito bons de diárias. No mais, foi tudo tranquilo, com certeza voltarei a alugar lá.
Great service, I was taken aback when I saw the previous comments, however, I was promptly assisted by Elias, who went to the place before business hours to assist me. Rental company without bureaucracy like others I had the unfortunate experience of needing very good daily rates. For the rest, everything was quiet, I will definitely rent there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu ia alugar não vou mais. O contrato deles já dizem tudo se você não tem coragem de ler até o fim do contrato então fique ciente do fumo. Cláusula fora do contexto ditado por suas regras sem argumentos necessário.. o que seus olhos não ler seu bolso sente no final. Não sejam preguiçoso lê pessoal o contrato já diz tudo.
I was going to rent no more. Their contract says it all if you don't have the guts to read it through to the end of the contract then be aware of smoking. Clause out of context dictated by your rules no arguments needed... what your eyes don't read your pocket feels in the end. Don't be lazy read people the contract says it all.

Empresa de fundo de quintal, péssima, estou com sérios problemas. A empresa não tem comunicação, não ver o cliente como um retorno, se você não quer ter problemasquando alugar um carro, não alugue nesta empresa. O Tiago tenta mas faz um péssimo trabalho. Eles me negativaram no Serasa e nem ao menos me procuraram para passar o problema, o carro foi batido por terceiro e eles não me acionaram para resolver o fato de o terceiro não ter pago o boleto.

Backyard company, terrible, I'm in serious trouble. The company does not have communication, does not see the customer as a return, if you do not want to have problems when renting a car, do not rent from this company. Tiago tries but does a terrible job. They denied me at Serasa and didn't even look for me to solve the problem, the car was hit by a third party and they didn't call me to solve the fact that the third party hadn't paid the ticket.
