★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato via whatsapp com o estabelecimento no dia 04/09, onde me informaram que não poderiam me atender de imediato, que seria só com hora marcada, que poderiam me ligar de vídeo no dia seguinte às 14:00, fiquei aguardando e nada de ligarem, mandei msg e nada de responder. Por mais que era por whatsapp, perdi meu tempo, fora a frustração de estar na expectativa de algo e não acontecer...
Hoje 08/09 mandei msg falando da minha frustração, e a resposta que eu obtive é que a Pamella "deve ter esquecido de te ligar" poxa, como se cria uma agenda e esquece de verificar e ver quem está a espera de atendimento... Simplesmente chateada, pois assisti os vídeos, achei muito transparente e até falei disso no primeiro contato, mas recebi tudo ao contrário...
