★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de receber o contato telefônico da referida funcionária dessa agência, a mesma não se identificou, nem ao menos falou bom dia. Disse que estava trabalhando uma oportunidade para SBC e que eu "tinha" que comparecer à agência ainda hoje. Solicitei que ela me passasse o endereço por email, pois eu estava dirigindo e não poderia anotar. Ela disse que não iria passar e se eu quisesse que ligasse mais tarde e anotasse o endereço. Como ela foi muito seca e grossa, eu perguntei então qual é o salário para essa oportunidade e o descritivo da oportunidade. Aí ela foi mais grossa ainda disse que ela não passa nenhuma informação por telefone. Então eu respondi eu não vou fazer uma entrevista as cegas sem saber o descritivo da vaga e o salário. Então ela soltou ahhhhh e desligou o telefone na minha cara!Engraçado a agência de emprego está me fazendo um favor e eu nem sabia, trata o candidato como lixo, nível baixíssimo!
I just received the telephone contact from the said employee of that agency, she did not identify herself, nor did she even say good morning. He said he was working on an opportunity for SBC and that I "had" to attend the agency today. I asked her to give me the address by email, as I was driving and couldn't write it down. She said she wouldn't pass and if I wanted her to call later and write down the address. As it was very dry and thick, I then asked what is the salary for this opportunity and the description of the opportunity. Then she was even thicker and said that she doesn't pass any information over the phone. So I replied I am not going to do a blind interview without knowing the job description and salary. Then she released ahhhhh and hung up on me! Funny, the employment agency is doing me a favor and I didn't even know it, it treats the candidate like trash, very low level!

Pra começar a mulher que me ligou marcando a entrevista foi super rápida me passou o endereço, não me informou detalhes da vaga e salário, eu fui até a agência onde a moça me falou se eu tinha trago meu currículo e carteira de trabalho eu falei que trouxe apenas a carteira de trabalho, pois a moça que me ligou não me informou detalhes de nada (eu até pensei em levar currículo mais como hoje em dia tudo esta eletrônico, achei não fosse necessário) bom a mesma começou a falar que eles nunca erra que sempre solicita para o candidato trazer eu falei que não , não falaram nada e ela insistiu e ainda soltou uma vc já trabalhou em ADM sabia que tem que trazer e ainda falou começou que meu currículo tinha o erro, aonde eu apontei pra ela que não tinha visto que está tudo certo. Eu saí de lá me sentindo humilhada, não e porque estamos desempregados que temos que nos humilhar e ser tratado com tanta arrogância e falta de empatia, todos nós somos ser humano e erramos. Mais repeito aos candidatos!!
Too bad they treat candidates like nothing. To start with, the woman who called me to schedule the interview was super quick, she gave me the address, she didn't inform me of the vacancy and salary details, I went to the agency where the lady told me if I had brought my resume and work card, I said that I only brought my work card, because the girl who called me didn't inform me of anything (I even thought of taking my resume, as nowadays everything is electronic, I thought it wasn't necessary) well, she started saying that they never make mistakes who always asks the candidate to bring it, I said no, they didn't say anything and she insisted and even released one, you already worked in ADM, knew you have to bring it and even said that my resume had the error, where I pointed out to her that it didn't had seen that everything is right. I left there feeling humiliated, no and because we are unemployed we have to humiliate ourselves and be treated with such arrogance and lack of empathy, we are all human beings and we make mistakes. More respect for the candidates!!

Diante uma pandemia, Eu e outras pessoas ficamos em fila, aglomerados pelos degraus da escada da agência, para passar por uma seleção! Me apresentei neste lugar por uma publicação feita no Facebook.
A Sra. Psicóloga que nos atendeu, foi bem arrogante, apontou vários erros na apresentação do meu CV. E dos demais. Disse grosseiramente, que eu não tinha lido a postagem direito pq o meu perfil não se encaixava ali. Estive com uma pessoa despreparada, para uma Psicóloga, empatia zero, autoritária, quando a perguntei se tinha outras vagas de acordo com o meu perfil, se irritou e disse que não para minha idade!?
Fui em busca de uma recolocação no mercado e não para ser humilhada.
Se colocar no lugar do candidato e saber conversar é um diferencial, que nessa agência não há.

Putting yourself in the candidate's shoes and knowing how to talk is a differential, which this agency does not have.
