★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquiri nesta loja minha sala de jantar, ao receber a mercadoria ,comentei com o responsável pela entrega que achei o tecido da cadeira desbotado na parte próxima a costura. O rapaz disse que também percebeu e questionou ao superior que informou ser assim mesmo. Na correria de festas do final de ano, fui viajar e quando retornei fui colocar os feltros no pezinho da cadeira e aí para minha constatação maior todas as cadeiras estavam com marcar de que já haviam colocado feltro e retirado, sabe aquela marca certinha da cola do mesmo.
Entrei em contato com a loja, disse ter certeza que enviaram para minha casa às cadeiras que estavam no mostruário da loja. E que paguei o preço de cadeiras novas, gostaria que fizessem a troca. A loja não entrou em aço. Pedi para ver a cadeira da loja disseram que foi vendida, pedi o contato do cliente que adquiriu ou ver a nota da venda e nada. O que acha que concluo? Estas cadeiras estão na minha casa. E de certo deveria ter pago valor a menor por elas ou ter recebido aviso. Por essa não indico esta loja.
In this store, I purchased my dining room, upon receiving the goods, I commented with the person in charge of delivery that I found the fabric of the chair faded in the part next to the seam. The boy said he also noticed and questioned the superior who said it was so. In the rush of parties at the end of the year, I went to travel and when I returned I put the felts on the foot of the chair and then for my greater verification all the chairs were marked that they had already put felt and removed, you know that right brand of glue from same.
I contacted the store, said to make sure they sent the chairs that were in the store display to my house. And that I paid the price for new chairs, I would like you to make the switch. The store did not go into steel. I asked to see the store chair they said it was sold, I asked for the contact of the customer who bought it or to see the bill of sale and nothing. What do you think I conclude? These chairs are at my house. And I certainly should have paid less for them or received notice. For that I do not recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Sofá entregue fora do prazo combinado e impermeabilizacao mal feita. Pós venda péssimo, vendedoras não resolvem o problema. Depois que vendem o sofá para o cliente não se responsabilizam por nada.
