★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi pelo ifood a opção "churrasco 2 carnes" por 39,90. Inclui no pedido a opção bem passado! Adivinha? Veio cru! Nem ao ponto! Na vasilha tinha um monte de sangue e a carne estava crua mesmo! Nem rosada ou algo do tipo! Crua! E as 2 linguiças? Brancas e cruas no meio!
De opção pedi arroz, batata frita e mandioca frita. O arroz e batata estavam bons mas a mandioca estava pingando óleo e dura demais!
Sempre peço no Griletto do Shopping Dom Pedro que é ótimo... mas essa unidade de Valinhos me decepcionou muito!
Tive que fritar as carnes de novo e jogar fora a mandioca! E 40 reais não é pouco dinheiro não!! Decepção! E faço questão de repassar a decepção!
 I ordered the option "barbecue 2 meats" for 39.90. Include the option well done in the order! Guess what? It came raw! Not to the point! There was a lot of blood in the bowl and the meat was really raw! Not pink or anything like that! Raw! And the 2 sausages? White and raw in the middle!
As an option, I ordered rice, fries and fried cassava. The rice and potatoes were good but the cassava was dripping oil and was too hard!
I always ask at the Griletto at Shopping Dom Pedro, which is great... but this unit in Valinhos disappointed me a lot!
I had to fry the meat again and throw away the cassava! And 40 reais is not little money!! Disappointment! And I insist on passing on the disappointment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, hoje 28/08/2021 minha esposa achou um cabelo na comida e ao relatar para um funcionário (homem) por volta das 16:00 o mesmo foi super grosso, não pediu desculpa e quis culpar a gente do cabelo na comida, sendo que o cabelo estava no meio do arroz. O que mais me deixou chateado foi a conduta do funcionário. Não volto mais e já recomendei a todos meus conhecidos que façam o mesmo. Tudo pelo mal atendimento, pois erros acontecem.
Terrible service, today 08/28/2021 my wife found a hair in the food and when she reported to an employee (male) around 4:00 pm the same was super rude, she didn't apologize and wanted to blame us with the hair in the food, the hair was in the middle of the rice. What upset me most was the employee's conduct. I'm not coming back and I've already recommended to all my acquaintances to do the same. All due to poor service, as mistakes happen.

A aparência do óleo era que estava sendo usado desde o ano passado. Falei com o atendente que me disse que estava oleoso porque fritavam no óleo! Eu disse que não queria e ele me propôs em fazer outro bife! SOLA DE SAPATO! Cheio de nervos! Nunca comi tão mal em minha vida!!!!! HORRIVEL! CREDO! E PAGUEI SUPER CARO! O gosto da comida também não era apetitosa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo, uma atendente me perguntou o que eu queria, antes de eu chegar na fila, " para adiantar o pedido", então eu disse o que eu queria e fui para a fila.
Fiquei mais de dez minutos esperando e quando eu pedi, a funcionaria do caixa disse que o que eu queria não tinha mais.
Eu falei que a outra funcionaria ja tinha aditantdo o pedido , mas ela insistiu que ja tinha terminado e me mandou "escolher rapido" um outro prato.
Não discuti, saí da fila e falei que eles eram desorganizados e quando olhei para a funcionaria do caixa e me olhou com deboche e bateu os ombros.
Perdeu não só um cliente, mas tantos outros, pq vou falar mal desse estabelecimento paraTODOS que eu conheço.
Terrible, an attendant asked me what I wanted, before I got in line, "to advance the order", so I said what I wanted and went to the line.
I was waiting more than ten minutes and when I asked, the cashier said that what I wanted was gone.
I said that the other employee had already added the order, but she insisted that she was done and told me to "quickly choose" another dish.
I didn't argue, I got out of line and said they were disorganized and when I looked at the cashier she looked at me with derision and shrugged her shoulders.
You lost not just one customer, but so many others, because I'm going to badmouth this establishment to EVERYONE I know.
