Feijão e arroz duro, sem tempero, mesmo com dois sachês de sal, não dava pra comer, não tinha gosto a comida. Quanto ao bife tbm estava sem tempero e com gosto de sangue, a única coisa boa do prato era o purê.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje, 19 jun.2021, nesse Griletto do Sorocaba Shopping, comemos, porém, o atendimento mal humorado da funcionária do caixa prevaleceu. Tb deixo registrado a foto dos pratos é enganosa. Pois diz q vc tem direito a 3 acompanhamentos, mas tudo da foto é acompanhamento exceto o ingrediente principal. Arroz é acompanhamento, batata, feijão, tudo. Portanto, foto mentirosa e péssima funcionária atendendo com cara de ( ! )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ boa noite confesso que sempre fui bem atendida no restaurante do shopping Cianê porém ontem fui ao Sorocaba shopping eu e meu namorado porém não fui bem atendida lá fiquei por volta de uma hora e quarenta minutos esperando por meu pedido mas infelizmente não fui atendida passaram todos os pedidos dos outros na minha frente e eu se quis com pedi o meu dinheiro de volta e fui comer em outro lugar fiquei muito contragida de ser tratado com tanto descaso na verdade nunca fui tratada com tanto desprezo com as atendentes do lugar mim tratou e não adiantou eu ir até elas falar do meu pedido elas não se importaram

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, tempo de espera muito longo, demora para entrega dos pratos, atendentes que não ligam para os clientes, descaso com as pessoas! Péssima organização na cozinha, passaram varios pedidos na minha frente e a desculpa da atendente foi que "haviam muitos pratos". Shopping tinha apenas 4 restaurantes funciinanando, 2 de lanche, 1 de comida (grilleto) e o outro de milk shake, logo, todos que optassem por comida teriam apenas 1 opção e por estar com alguns pedidos não foram capazes de administrar e organizar! Não gostei e não recomendo.
Terrible service, very long waiting time, delay in delivering the dishes, attendants who don't care about customers, disregard for people! Poor organization in the kitchen, several orders passed in front of me and the attendant's excuse was that "there were too many dishes". Shopping only had 4 restaurants working, 2 for snacks, 1 for food (grilletto) and the other for milk shake, so everyone who opted for food would only have 1 option and because they had some orders they were not able to manage and organize! I didn't like it and I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sobre a loja do Sorocaba shopping, a atendente é super atenciosa muito educada. A comida é razoável, mas o que não gostei foi da precariedade da louça servida, estava rachado o prato, talheres velhos. A sobremesa mousse estava péssimo mole parecia suco. O restaurante precisa melhorar muito não só nesta questão mas também na qualidade dos alimentos.
About the Sorocaba shopping store, the attendant is super attentive and very polite. The food is reasonable, but what I didn't like was the precariousness of the crockery served, the plate was cracked, old cutlery. The mousse dessert was terrible, it looked like juice. The restaurant needs to improve a lot not only in this matter but also in the quality of the food.
