★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comida é até boa, mas a espera é grande demais. Fiquei observando e não estava com movimento muito alto.mas só recebi após 51 minutos. Quando pergunto se é sempre assim a atendente apenas informa que é pq atende Ifood TB. O atendimento presencial não deveria ser afetado por isto. Infelizmente não recomendo.
 Food is good, but the wait is too long. I was watching and I was not moving very high. But I only received it after 51 minutes. When I ask if it is always like this, the attendant only informs that it is because it attends Ifood TB. Face-to-face service should not be affected by this. Unfortunately I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui almoçar com minhas amigas no shopping e faz bastante tempo que não sou tão mal atendida. Fizeram uma promoção, qualquer parmegiana com refrigerante, e na hora de comprar, já não era qualquer. Pedi para trocar o arroz por macarrão,disseram que podia, e tiraram todas as minhas guarnições. Quando fui reclamar, me disseram que no cardapio estava escrito. Mas a atendente, viu aie eu nao estava com cardapio nenhum , e nao me informou. Ou seja, paguei 4 reais a mais por um prato, sem refrigerante, sem guarnições.
E minha amiga esperou 30 min pelo prato dela.
I went to lunch with my friends in the mall and it has been a long time since I am not so poorly attended. They made a promotion, any Parmigiana with soda, and when it came to buying it was no longer any. I asked to change the rice for noodles, they said I could, and they removed all my garnishes. When I went to complain, I was told that it was written on the menu. But the attendant, I saw there was no menu, and did not inform me. That is, I paid 4 dollars more for a dish, without soda, without garnishes.
And my friend waited 30 minutes for her plate.

O Griletto ganhou o certificado de Excelência em varejo conferido pela Associação Brasileira dos Lojistas de shoppings (ALSHOP) na categoria alimentação rápida. Parabéns a essa empresa que tem suas raízes ligadas a São Roque, interior de São Paulo e que hoje tem mais de 150 unidades abertas pelo sistema de franquias
One of the best orders will always be the ribeye accompanied by white rice, mashed potatoes and a very spicy bean. Griletto won the Retail Excellence Certificate awarded by the Brazilian Association of Mall Tenants (ALSHOP) in the fast food category. Congratulations to this company that has its roots connected to São Roque, interior of São Paulo and that today has more than 150 units opened by the franchise system

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao gostei da comida, veio queimada, e o frango estava borrachudo. Pedi para trocarem, mas tentaram justificar e nao quiseram trocar o prato. Péssimo!! E ainda o dono comentou abaixo que sugeriram para eu trocar. Me diz: sabendo que eu podia trocar, eu iria comer comida queimada? HA HA HA...
I didn't like the food, it came burnt, and the chicken was rubbery. I asked to change it, but they tried to justify it and didn't want to change the plate. Terrible!! And yet the owner commented below that they suggested I exchange it. Tell me: knowing I could trade, would I eat burnt food? HAHA HA...
