★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca desde que passei a usar o Ifood fui tão destratado por um entregador em toda a minha vida. Rapaz sem nenhum preparo profissional e ético. Fiz um pedido com o método de pagamento errado, logo em seguida entrei em contato com o restaurante e me informaram que não tinham máquina de cartão e que o pedido seria cancelado por eles. Após um tempo ouvi uma buzina de moto e vou informar o rapaz que era um engano pois o garota havia cancelado. Ele ligou no estacionamento auterado, foi ríspido pelo telefone com alguém e perguntou se eu queria fica com o lanche, e como já estava lá passei meu whats e pedi para que ele me enviasse o pix do estabelecimento para que eu efetuasse o pagamento. Passou um bom tempo e ele não me enviou msg, quando abri meu whats fazia 2 minutos que ele tinha mandado a primeira msg e ele já estava me precionando de forma que parecia que eu era algum tipo de golpista ou algo do tipo. Foi extremamente mal educado e me tratou extremamente mal. Eu não tinha obrigação nenhuma de aceitar o pedido, aceitei pois confiei na índole do estabelecimento, se soubesse que eles contratam esse tipo de funcionário eu jamais teria aceitado o pedido, nunca mais irei comprar novamente e estarei informando todos os amigos e familiares a respeito para que não comprem mais. Indiquei para várias pessoas e depois desse desprazer nunca mais
 Never since I started using Ifood have I been so mistreated by a delivery man in my entire life. Boy without any professional and ethical preparation. I placed an order with the wrong payment method, then I contacted the restaurant and they informed me that they did not have a card machine and that the order would be canceled by them. After a while I heard a motorcycle horn and I will inform the guy that it was a mistake because the girl had canceled. He called in the auterated parking lot, was blunt on the phone with someone and asked if I wanted to keep the snack, and as I was already there I passed my whats and asked him to send me the pix of the establishment so that I could make the payment. It's been a long time and he hasn't sent me a message, when I opened my whats it had been 2 minutes since he had sent the first message and he was already pressing me in a way that looked like I was some kind of scammer or something. He was extremely rude and treated me extremely badly. I had no obligation to accept the order, I accepted because I trusted the nature of the establishment, if I had known that they hire this type of employee I would never have accepted the order, I will never buy again and I will be informing all friends and family about it to that they don't buy anymore. O conceito é simples: oferecem um único tipo de sanduíche, mas que é completamente modular e preparado com ingredientes de muita qualidade. Você monta o sanduíche do seu jeito. Escolhe entre 3 tipos de pão, hambúrguer bovino ou vegetariano, 3 tipos de ponto, 2 tipos de queijo, e entre vários outros ingredientes opcionais.
O combo acompanha batata, bebida, maionese verde, e sachês de ketchup e mostarda. No delivery, vem super bem empacotado. Para mandar dois combos até minha casa, com a taxa de entrega, gastei R$56,80.
E apesar do atendimento ser muito bom, só acho que poderiam desenvolver uma forma mais rápida de coleta dos pedidos. Por telefone, pode ser relativamente demorado escolher, um a um, cada um dos ingredientes do sanduíche.

The concept is simple: they offer a single type of sandwich, but it is completely modular and prepared with high quality ingredients. You assemble the sandwich your way. Choose between 3 types of bread, beef or vegetarian hamburger, 3 types of point, 2 types of cheese, and among several other optional ingredients.
The combo accompanies potatoes, drinks, green mayonnaise, and sachets of ketchup and mustard. No delivery, it comes very well packaged. To send two combos to my house, with the delivery fee, I spent R $ 56.80.
And although the service is very good, I just think that they could develop a faster way of collecting orders. By phone, it can be relatively time-consuming to choose, one by one, each of the sandwich's ingredients.
