★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim. Ficaram de mandar a lista de imóveis para vermos, mas nuca mandaram. Corretora não foi mostrar imóvel. Mesmo assim, gostamos de um imóvel que íamos alugar, mas durante todo o processo, tudo tem que cobrar, se não eles não fazem. Eles não quiseram mudar nada no contrato, inclusive em cláusulas abusivas que vão contra a lei de inquilinato. Aliás, nem mandaram a minuta do contrato pra gente ler. Foi simplesmente, ou vocês aceitam o contrato assim, ou não alugam o apartamento. Não recomendo essa imobiliária de jeito nenhum.
Bad service. They sent the property list to see, but never sent it. Brokerage was not showing property. Even so, we like a property that we were going to rent, but throughout the process, everything has to charge, otherwise they don't. They did not want to change anything in the contract, including unfair terms that go against the tenancy law. In fact, they didn't even send us the draft contract for us to read. It was simply either you accept the contract like that, or you don't rent the apartment. I do not recommend this real estate at all.
