Até que hoje quem atendeu o telefone foi um sr chamado Augusto que se identificou como o dono.
Péssimo atendimento, grosso de mais. Não Recomendo pra ninguém.
Sempre fiz pedidos.
Hoje como o meu pedido era só 2 maços de cigarro, fui pessimamente atendida. Ainda disse pra mim que não precisa de cliente que só pede cigarro.
Se eu mostrar a fatura do meu cartão e vê o quanto eu gastava com essa mercearia.
Pra mim cliente tem que ser bem atendido independente do pedido. O dono só atende bem quando o pedido é alto, quando eu pedia 1kg de mussarela, salame e outros petisco eu era muito bem atendida, fui fazer pedido de 20,00 ele disse que nao precisa de mim como cliente.
Não Recomendo. Sr Augusto faltou as aulas de Ética.

For me, the client has to be well attended, regardless of the order. The owner only responds well when the order is high, when I ordered 1kg of mozzarella, salami and other snacks I was very well served, I went to order 20.00 he said he doesn't need me as a customer.
I do not recommend. Mr Augusto missed Ethics classes.
