★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não dá pra ir sem escutar toda a história do cangaço e ainda se emocionar no final. Que passeio!! A subida cansa um pouco mas vale a pena.
You can't go without listening to the whole history of the cangaço and still getting emotional at the end. What a ride!! The climb is a little tiring but worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente um dos locais mais surpreendentes que já visitei em todos esses anos de viagens. Surpreendente no sentido de que, foi uma surpresa saber dessa parte da história do cangaço, justamente o local onde houve a emboscada contra o bando de Lampião. Eu já sabia que a região Piranhas, Alagoas, era uma área turística, mas não tinha noção de que guardava uma parte tão importante da história do Cangaço. E, como nordestino e sertanejo, é a minha história também. Então foi surpreendente refazer os caminhos de Lampião. Ir exatamente no local de sua morte. Quem gosta de História, assim como eu, ficará realizado ao fazer a trilha para a grota do Angico.
Ps.: nossa guia deu uma aula de História! ?????????? Infelizmente, não recordo seu nome, mas ela está nas fotos, trajada a caráter.
Simply one of the most amazing places I've visited in all these years of traveling. Surprising in the sense that it was a surprise to learn about this part of the cangaço's history, precisely the place where the ambush against Lampião's gang took place. I already knew that the Piranhas region, Alagoas, was a tourist area, but I had no idea that it held such an important part of the history of Cangaço. And, as a northeastern and sertanejo, it's my story too. So it was surprising to retrace Lampião's paths. Go exactly to the place of your death. Anyone who likes history, like me, will be satisfied when taking the trail to the Angico grotto.
Ps.: our guide gave a history lesson! ?????????? Unfortunately, I don't remember her name, but she is in the photos, dressed in character.
