★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou falando aqui especificamente da loja do Shopping Parangaba (as demais eu não conheço).
Fui com uma amiga fazer uma troca e só tinha uma atendente na loja (em pleno sábado, 11hs da manhã). A coitada da vendedora estava atendendo quem chegava na loja, quem já estava lá e tbm dando conta do caixa; além de tudo isso, ainda passava as roupas da loja, pois havia uma tábua de passar com um ferro em cima no corredor dos provadores (pois não há espaço reservado para isso).
Esperamos atendimento durante um tempo (sem problemas, afinal a moça era só uma) e, ao falarmos sobre a troca, a vendedora disse que só poderíamos concluir a troca na loja em que compramos o produto e não nas outras da mesma rede. A vendedora veio tentar me explicar o porquê mas não me convenceu, pois toda loja faz troca (ou então eu era muito enganada e achava que era assim).
Sei que a troca de mercadorias é uma cortesia da loja para com o cliente e não está no Código de Defesa do Consumidor mas, se vc se dispõe a fazer, faça de forma a conquistar o cliente e facilitar a vida dele.
Nunca comprei na loja pq realmente não faz o meu estilo, mas, com esse atendimento que presenciei hoje (que, com certeza, foi a forma que a vendedora foi orientada), não recomendo ninguém a comprar nesse estabelecimento.
I'm talking specifically here of Shopping Parangaba store (the other I do not know).
I went with a friend to make an exchange and only had one attendant at the store (on Saturday, 11 am). The poor saleswoman was taking care of who arrived at the store, who was already there, and was also checking the cashier; In addition to all this, I still ironed the clothes of the store, for there was an ironing board on the hall in the dressing room (for there is no space reserved for it).
We waited for service for a while (no problem, after all the girl was only one) and, when talking about the exchange, the seller said that we could only complete the exchange in the store where we bought the product and not in others of the same network. The saleswoman came to try to explain to me why but didn't convince me, because every store makes changes (or else I was very mistaken and thought that was so).
I know that the exchange of goods is courtesy of the store to the customer and is not in the Consumer Protection Code, but if you are willing to do it, do so in order to win over the customer and make his life easier.
I never bought it in the store because it really does not make my style, but with this service that I witnessed today (which, of course, was the way the seller was oriented), I do not recommend anyone to buy in this establishment.
