I didn't like it .. They could be better since Ilhéus doesn't have many attractions .. Cars for tight rides ..

We were in 13 people from jau sp we stayed a week in Ilhéus we did 3 tours all perfect the guide who accompanied us Raoni and the drivers are to be congratulated good people attentive thank you very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não posso avaliar melhor voamos pra Ilhéus e fomos recebidos pelo pessoal da Grou pra nos levar para Itacaré, esperamos bastante por outras pessoas e o aeroporto de Ilhéus não tem muita estrutura, porém minha insatisfação com a grou foi: nos deixaram no hotel em itacaré e não nos deu nenhum apoio, tudo que fizemos foi por indicação de um taxista ( Reginaldo, excelente pessoa) que foi nos socorrer pois o carro que nos levava para um passeio quebrou. E pra fechar na volta nosso vou era as 14:15 mas a grou marcou de nos pegar as 10 da manhã ( o trajeto é feito em no máximo 1:30) mas atrasaram e saímos as 10:40 chegamos em Ilhéus por volta das 12 horas e nos deixaram no aeroporto sem nenhum apoio até a loja do aeroporto estava fechada ficamos por mais de duas horas completamente largados no aeroporto.

We flew to Ilhéus and were welcomed by the Crane staff to take us to Itacaré, we waited a lot for other people and the Ilhéus airport does not have much structure, but my dissatisfaction with the crane was: they dropped us off at the hotel in Itacaré and he gave us no support, all we did was by a taxi driver (Reginaldo, excellent person) who came to the rescue because the car that took us for a ride broke down. And to close on the way back we were going to be at 14:15 but the crane was scheduled to pick us up at 10 in the morning (the trip is done at most 1:30) but they were delayed and we left at 10:40 we arrived in Ilhéus at around 12 hours and left us at the airport without any support until the airport store was closed we stayed for more than two hours completely stranded at the airport.

We were very well attended in Ilheus. From the airport transfer to the hotel to the tours to Itacaré and the cocoa farm! Highlight for Mr. Glézio who answered us most of the time! Very polite and agile!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de consideração TOTAL com o Turista. Simplesmente me ignoraram. Fiquei 8 dias em Ilhéus e no sexto dia ligaram se a gente já tinha fechado os passeios com alguma agência.
NÃO INDICO PARA NINGUÉM
Lack of TOTAL consideration with the Tourist. They simply ignored me. I spent 8 days in Ilhéus and on the sixth day they called if we had already closed the tours with any agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fechamos um pacote de viagem para ilhéus pela cvc, com transfer, chegando em Ilhéus tudo ok, ficaram de entrar em contato para fazer os passeios junto com a Grou e simplesmente fomos abandonados pela empresa, em nenhum momento entraram em contato, tentei ligar por diversas vezes sem sucesso, a única vez que atenderam o telefone não era de ninguém da Grou, fechei todos os meus passeios pela Amado aonde fui muito bem atendida. Para fechar com chave de outro quando estávamos aguardando o transfer para o aeroporto no dia de ir embora simplesmente não apareceram, marcaram de chegar ao hotel 14:50, quando foi 15:20 chegou uma outra van da Ertour para buscar duas moças que estava indo para BH, e acabaram dando uma carona para meu marido e eu. Não recomendo a Grou para ninguém, não tem comprometimento nem respeito pelas pessoas, paguei por um serviço e não obtive, um descaso total.
We closed a travel package for islanders by cvc, with transfer, arriving in Ilhéus everything ok, they stayed in contact to make the tours together with the Crane and we were simply abandoned by the company, in no time they got in touch, I tried to call for several times without success, the only time they answered the phone was not from anyone at Crane, I closed all my tours around Amado where I was very well attended. To close with another key when we were waiting for the transfer to the airport on the day of leaving, they just didn't show up, they were scheduled to arrive at the hotel at 14:50, when it was 15:20 another van from Ertour arrived to pick up two girls who were going to BH, and ended up giving a ride to my husband and me. I do not recommend Grou to anyone, it has no commitment or respect for people, I paid for a service and I didn’t get, a total neglect.
