★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu moro num prédio deles que tem mais de 20 anos, obviamente que precisa de reparos até porque é na beira da praia, mas quando contrato um serviço, o prestador diz que nunca viu um prédio tão bem construído, e eu sinceramente nunca morei numa planta tão inteligente, a qualidade dos materiais que foram colocados, a organização da parte elétrica e hidráulica. Amo morar nele. Sou a sindica e quero deixa-lo lindo, de babar, a construção merece.
