 The worst lab optic I had the displeasure of knowing... a disgrace... if you want to have prejudice like I had, buy here. If you want to embarrass the customer, buy here. !

Somos uma ótica com excelência e os poucos problemas que temos com nossos clientes, nós resolvemos! 40% dos servições que mandamos (mandava pq não mando mais) pra Grown, ou eles perdem e nos temos que pagar uma nova armação pro cliente, ou eles danificam a peça e tiram toda a culpa do laboratório e nós temos que nos responsabilizar. Não sou mais cliente e NÃO RECOMENDO.
Grown optical has been disappointing a lot !!!!! We are an optics with excellence and the few problems we have with our customers, we have solved! 40% of the services we send (I don't send anymore) to Grown, either they lose and we have to pay a new frame for the client, or they damage the piece and take all the blame out of the lab and we have to take responsibility. I am no longer a customer and DO NOT RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já sou cliente a anos , atendimento excelente porém tive um grave problema onde estou aguardando uma solução ate hoje é não obtive respaldo, adquiri uma lente surfacada com filtro da luz azul ( que consta na tabela ) com residual azul para servir de demonstração a meus clientes, e para minha surpresa passei uma grande vergonha pois ao fazer o teste a luz azul passou todinha, ao relatar na empresa me disseram que tenho que confiar que existe sim o filtro só que menor, mas provei a eles que isso não existia inclusive demonstrei com a lente do concorrente onde também era surfacada, com o mesmo índice de refração, o filtro era menor Sim mas estava filtrando e o da grown não faz filtro nenhum, sugiro aos colegas de optica que também façam esse teste em.suas lentes e questionem a empresa pq estamos sendo enganados e lesados por uma empresa que se diz de grande porte mas precisa trabalha com honestidade e respeito com seus clientes, preciso de um retorno da empresa para solucionar meu caso, favor me responder
I've been a customer for years, excellent service but I had a serious problem where I'm waiting for a solution until today is not getting support, I purchased a surfaced lens with blue light filter (shown in the table) with blue residual to serve as a demonstration to my customers , and to my surprise I was very embarrassed because when I took the test the blue light passed all the way, when reporting to the company they told me that I have to trust that there is a filter, but smaller, but I proved to them that it did not exist, I even demonstrated with the competitor's lens where it was also surfacada, with the same refractive index, the filter was smaller Yes, but it was filtering and the grown's doesn't make any filter, I suggest to my colleagues in optics that they also do this test on.your lenses and question the company because we are being deceived and harmed by a company that claims to be large but needs to work honestly and respectfully with its customers, I need a return from the company to solve my case, please answer me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laboratório óptico de grande porte do grupo Essilor. Equipe de atendimento, gerentes e diretoria parceiros e solícitos. O ponto negativo fica por conta dos constantes atrasos na entrega por retrabalhos e baixa qualidade no serviço de montagem dos óculos.
Large optical laboratory of the Essilor group. Service team, managers and directors, partners and solicitors. The downside is the constant delays in delivery due to reworking and the poor quality of the glasses assembly service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um laboratório de grande porte porém em relação a assistência péssimo pra não dizer horrível prometem uma parceira a qual não cumpre, demora em resolver problemas um tal de um jogar para o outro não ter comprometimento e respeito com os seus cliente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na parte de assistencia são péssimos. Quando eles mandam lente com grau errado ou outro tipo de problema, demoram pra refazer. A gente envia a lente e acaba demorando dias na tal "analise". Recebemos uma lente quebrada, devolvemos e ficou parada na analise por 3 dias e ontem devolvemos um lente que enviaram com grau errado mas até agora ninguém retornou. Algumas atendentes são grossas e o gerente é um deus, ninguem consegue falar com ele(a).
In the assistance part they are terrible. When they send a lens with the wrong degree or another type of problem, they take a long time to redo it. We send the lens and end up taking days for such "analysis". We received a broken lens, we returned it and it was stopped in the analysis for 3 days and yesterday we returned a lens that they sent with the wrong grade but so far no one has returned. Some attendants are rude and the manager is a god, no one can talk to him/her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por repetidas vezes temos problemas com o atendimento e processos normais de garantias com a Grown de RP. Imagino que dificultar as garantias deva ser um procedimento da Grown, visto reclamações em comum de colegas donos de otica. Porém, o destrato, a grosseria e principalmente, a falta de comprometimento e responsabilidade com erros que são do laboratório Grown, imagino que não deva ser politica interna. O gerente Jenilson chega a ser ofensivo por diversas vezes. Por favor, revejam os processos internos e tenham mais respeito com quem sai de casa para trabalhar e prestar um serviço de qualidade aos clientes.
We repeatedly have problems with the normal service and warranty processes with Grown de RP. I imagine that making guarantees difficult must be a Grown procedure, given common complaints from fellow opticians. However, the rudeness, the rudeness and mainly, the lack of commitment and responsibility with errors that are of the Grown laboratory, I imagine that it must not be internal politics. Manager Jenilson gets to be offensive several times. Please review internal processes and have more respect for those who leave home to work and provide quality service to customers.
