Já retiramos a máquina, está tudo funcionando perfeitamente.

We made contact by phone and then sent the DELL machine to the store, there was no longer any hope the machine would not start, at the end of the afternoon we received great news from Alexandre, the windows was recovered without losing anything.
We have already removed the machine, everything is working perfectly.
