★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre que chamei a Patrulha Ambiental, ela foi prestativa. Guardas bem treinado e educados. Mas, ontem (10/09), eles se superaram na eficiência: encontrei uma ave ferida, ligue para a Prefeitura e, em poucas horas, a Patrulha Ambiental já estava na minha residência na Cândido Gaffrée, na Urca. Parabéns à Guarda Municipal do Rio de Janeiro por esse serviço de Primeiro Mundo, em uma cidade que parece viver em tempos de Quarto Mundo.
Whenever I called the Environmental Patrol, she was helpful. Guards well trained and educated. But yesterday (10/09), they overcame themselves in efficiency: I found a wounded bird, call the City Hall and, in a few hours, the Environmental Patrol was already at my residence in Cândido Gaffrée, in Urca. Congratulations to the Municipal Guard of Rio de Janeiro for this First World service, in a city that seems to live in Fourth World times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente através do 1746 o acesso do cidadão carioca não é direcionado para setor ambiental. Estamos sofrendo queimada gravíssima junto as nossas casas ameaçando nossas vidas e não temos atendimento do cumprimento das leis ambientais.
Unfortunately, by 1746 the access of the Carioca citizen was not directed to the environmental sector. We are suffering severe burns near our homes, threatening our lives and we do not comply with environmental laws.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acionei no 1746 Grupo de Defesa Ambietal hoje (04/10/21) pois encontramos 2 filhotes de gamba qdo caminhávamos na Taquara/RJ. Prontamente fomos atendidos e por volta das 17 hs os agentes Dantas e Félix estiveram na minha residência e com muita presteza e atenção resgataram os filhotes, quero agradecer aos agentes e parabenizá-los pelo excelente tratamento conosco e com os animais.
I called the 1746 Environmental Defense Group today (10/04/21) because we found 2 prawn puppies when we were walking in Taquara/RJ. We were promptly assisted and around 5 pm the agents Dantas and Félix were at my residence and with great promptness and attention they rescued the puppies. I want to thank the agents and congratulate them for the excellent treatment with us and with the animals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resgatei 6 filhotes de gambá. Liguei para a prefeitura (1746) e me deram prazo máximo de 24 horas para que pegassem os filhotes em minha casa. Passaram as 24 horas e nada. Aí quando ligo de novo, não sabem informar se ainda vão demorar ou não. Uma bagunça. Não tem nem como reclamar. Só não sei se a culpa é desse grupamento especial ou de outro órgão da prefeitura
I rescued 6 possum puppies. I called the city hall (1746) and they gave me a maximum period of 24 hours to pick up the puppies at my house. Twenty-four hours passed and nothing. Then when I call again, they don't know if they're going to take a while or not. A mess. There's no way to complain. I just don't know if it's this special group's fault or that of another city government agency
