The quality of delivery and communication is poor, especially if it is a place with the highest price that other places is to be desired. On the plus side the furnishings are of quality, fitting tmb leaves to be desired

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preço razoável,porém não respeitam prazo de entrega, montadores danificaram parte do meu móvel e passaram uma resina pra tampar, reclamei com o proprietário e mesmo pedindo pra ir no dia que eu estaria em casa pra acompanhar e mostrar o onde estava danificado foi um dia antes quando eu não estava em casa, por fim deixei pra lá e fiquei no prejuízo pois depois nem atendiam mas as minhas ligações, não recomendo comprar nada nessa loja.
Reasonable price, but do not respect the delivery time, assemblers damaged part of my furniture and put a resin to cover it, I complained to the owner and even asking to go on the day that I would be at home to accompany and show where it was damaged was one day before when I wasn't at home, I finally let it go and I was at a loss because afterwards they didn't even answer my calls, I don't recommend buying anything at this store.

Comprei uma cama de casal, mandaram o box completamente diferente do que havia solicitado, reclamei e fizeram a troca errada por 2x, entregando um box bem inferior ao que dia comprado, enfim .. falaram que não teria mais o box que comprei e teria que esperar para fabrica-lo, para não passar mais raiva escolhi um outro pagando uma diferença para ficar satisfeita.
quanto foram fazer a entrega não tinham nem ferramenta para desmontar a cama, fizeram de qualquer jeito com Alicate, aonde se viu apertar parafuso com alicate.
absurdo e falta de respeito / mentirosos.
Leandro e Regina não sei qual mentia mais, cada dia era uma desculpa.

Bad experience !! I do not recommend.
I bought a double bed, they sent the box completely different from what I had requested, I complained and they made the wrong exchange for 2x, delivering a box much lower than the day I bought, anyway .. they said that I would no longer have the box I bought and would have to wait to make it, so as not to get angry anymore I chose another one paying a difference to be satisfied.
when they went to do the delivery they didn't even have a tool to dismantle the bed, they did it anyway with pliers, where they found themselves screwing pliers.
absurdity and lack of respect / liars.
Leandro and Regina do not know which one lied more, each day was an excuse.
