O atendimento péssimo, só te dão atenção quando é para alugar depois te abandonam, os vizinhos fazem bagunça até altas horas dias e dias sem conseguir dormir por conta da bagunça, mas vc não pode reclamar pq eles gritam que são amigos do Fábio, isso te deixa estagnada, pois deixa claro que nada será feito. Não recomendo!!!
Horrible. The lousy service, they only give you attention when it is for rent then they abandon you, the neighbors make a mess until the wee hours and days without being able to sleep because of the mess, but you can't complain because they scream that they are friends of Fábio, this leaves it stagnant because it makes it clear that nothing will be done. I do not recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "35 anos de mercado" e não sabem tratar o cliente com educação. Eu tive um atendimento sarcátisco e insensível com as minhas inseguranças. Detalhe: esse é só o meu primeiro dia com a imobiliária.
Há muito a melhorar por parte dos corretores e sócios. Menos a secretária, ela foi gentil e prestativa.
"35 years in the market" and do not know how to treat the customer politely. I had a sarcastic and insensitive service with my insecurities. Detail: this is just my first day with the real estate agency.
There is much to improve on the part of brokers and partners. Except for the secretary, she was kind and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imobiliária sem postura profissional, ignoram o cliente no whatsapp, a gente liga, fala com o corretor por telefone pq pelo whatsapp é impossível, marca a visita e quando está chegando no local informam que o imóvel foi alugado e cancelam a visita. Uma falta de respeito absurda! Isso pq ainda nem era cliente, estava querendo alugar um imóvel. Fujam dessa imobiliária!
Real estate without a professional attitude, they ignore the client on whatsapp, we call, talk to the broker by phone because whatsapp is impossible, schedule the visit and when arriving at the place they inform that the property has been rented and cancel the visit. An absurd lack of respect! That's because I wasn't even a customer yet, I was looking to rent a property. Run away from this real estate!
