★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na venda foram super atenciosos, mas o pós venda é bem fraco. Após meses implorando por um simples manual é que fui atendida, ainda sim faltando partes. Nem como utilizar os equipamentos quiseram explicar.
They were super attentive in the sale, but the after-sales is very weak. After months of begging for a simple manual, I was answered, still missing parts. Nor how to use the equipment wanted to explain.

Na sua obra toda semana vai um “especialista”....especialista em empurrar tarefas da cmix pros seus pedreiros, pra eles chegarem la e praticamente não fazerem nada. Mesmo assim não sabem colar nem adaptadores de sucção, deixam os ralos de fundo soltos, procuram arrumar desculpas para não entregar o serviço, sao absurdamente atrasados e péssimos no pos venda, largaram minha iluminação pra acender na casa de máquinas, pediram o triplo do material necessário que eh pago por você, não dão o mínimo suporte. CUIDADO! Esta eh a palavra

Every week there is a “specialist” at your job site.... a specialist in pushing cmix tasks to your bricklayers, so that they get there and practically do nothing. Even so, they don't know how to glue or suction adapters, they leave the bottom drains loose, they try to find excuses for not delivering the service, they are absurdly late and terrible after sales, they left my lighting to turn on in the engine room, they asked for triple the material necessary that is paid by you, they do not give the minimum support.
