★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente não tem troco e manda o cliente dar seu jeito, péssimo atendimento da recepção e demora. Fui atendida mt melhor na unidade do centro, apesar de ser mais cheio, lá o atendimento é ótimo e muito ágil
 The attendant has no change and sends the customer to give his way, bad reception and delay. I was served much better in the center unit, despite being more crowded, there the service is great and very agile

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! O horário de funcionamento é 08:00 às 12:00 fecha para almoço e retorna as 13:00.
Você chega 11:30 e não te deixam nem esperar na recepção pq está muito cheio e só vai ser atendido depois de 13:00. Um absurdo! Ainda te mandam reclamar na sede.
Não indico jamais. Falta de respeito com o cliente.

Terrible! Opening hours are 08:00 to 12:00 closes for lunch and returns at 13:00.
You arrive at 11:30 and they do not even let you wait at the reception because it is very full and will only be attended after 13:00. Absurd! They still send you to complain at headquarters.
I never indicate. Lack of respect for the customer.

The company only has one doctor taking care of this and it sucks ... Because if you have lunch time you are obliged to wait 12:00 to 13:00 to be attended, we will improve this aeee!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O tratamento com os clientes é de enorme descaso, fecha para almoço e retorna as 13h, porém são 13:30h e não houve nenhum atendimento. Na portaria já fui embargada de subir, pois só pode ser às 13h, e até agora nada de atendimento.
Realmente as empresas se perdem pelo péssimo atendimento.
The treatment with the clients is of great disregard, closes for lunch and returns at 1 pm, however it is 1:30 pm and there was no service. At the concierge I was already embarrassed to go up, because it can only be at 1:00 p.m., and so far no service.
Really companies get lost by the poor service.
