★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde. Sou vizinho de vocês e hoje dia 16/04/2020 o alarme de vcs está tocando a várias horas sem parar. Me desculpem mas acho um descaso com a vizinhança. Estamos todos em casa confinados e tendo que ouvir a cada dois ou três minutos o alarme disparar de maneira ensurdecedora. Não consigo estudar nem ver uma TV sossegado. Lembrando que é recorrente este fato. Sugiro que dêem uma revisada no seu sistema de alarme, pois , está realmente difícil conviver desta forma.
Good afternoon. I am a neighbor of yours and today 04/16/2020 your alarm is ringing for several hours without stopping. I'm sorry but I think I neglect the neighborhood. We are all at home confined and having to hear every two or three minutes the alarm goes off in a deafening way. I can't study or watch a quiet TV. Recalling that this fact is recurrent. I suggest you review your alarm system, as it is really difficult to live in this way.
