Worst place to get stainless steel from Pernambuco, be prepared to lose a whole day to get 1 piece, buy 2 years here just because it is the cheapest, but the delay is absurd, it is not a case of once lost, it is always !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem respeito com o cliente, a espera para retirada de material e do lado de fora da unidade, ao relento, no sol ou na chuva. Ao perguntar sobre a sala onde antigamente ficávamos, o porteiro informou que o dono não quer mais ninguém lá, simplesmente.
Without respect for the customer, waiting for material to be removed and outside the unit, outdoors, in the sun or in the rain. When asked about the room where we used to stay, the porter informed us that the owner simply doesn't want anyone else there.

Horrible company! 1 full day to get the price and receive the heavy amount, 2 days to confirm the deposit and 1 full day to release the order. 4 days to buy a material. I buy more EXPENSIVE but I won't be back there!
