★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Protestou meu nome 3 vezes devido pagamentos em atraso, até aí tudo bem, desde que não tivessem se habilitado a tirar de protesto após quitação, o que realmente não ocorreu desde 2017. Só fiquei sabendo porque puxei meu Score junto ao Serasa. Nunca recebi informação formal de protesto, querem que comprovem isso!!! Nem mesmo conseguem informar o cartório com protesto.
Falta administração plausível, competente para função que exerce.
Não retornam meus contatos e já fiz pagamentos em atraso simplesmente por não receber, via e-mail, boletos até a data de vencimento, pior ficam perdidos em localizar ou gerar boletos.
Moro em outra cidade e apartamento está locado, até responder via e-mails têm enorme dificuldade.
No início de sua administração, obrigou o condomínio Coemil inteiro, com seus 9 blocos a comprovar o pagamento dos 5 meses anteriores ao início de sua administração.
Aí pergunto? Isto é legal?.
