★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando decidimos procurar uma empresa para instalação do nosso telhado escolhemos a empresa pois a mesma garantia um serviço de qualidade. , Ao longo dos meses o que encontramos foi um total descaso com.o cliente.. um serviço que foi entregado fora das condições do contrato. Resultado que estamos com infiltração.. e uma viga central torta do nosso telhado..Realmente aconselho quem quiser contratar a empresa pensar muito sobre ter problemas futuros pois até o presente momento o responsável pela obra não responde nossa comunicação!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi terrível, fechamos um pedido de telha no final de dezembro, eles falaram que o prazo era de 20 dias, estavamos em uma reforma, os dias chuvosos, só precisando da telha para cobrir, chegando perto do prazo as telhas não estavam prontas, nos enrolaram mais de 15 dias, ainda não tinham transporte para trazer nossas telhas e queriam que a gente pagasse o transporte, enfim péssimo, não entregam no prazo, achei uma falta de respeito com o cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um compra no dia 22/03 com prazo de entrega dia 27/4 no dia combinado não entregarao e nao avisão que iriam atrasar, prorogaram o prazo de entrega para dia 13/5 tambem não entregaram, prorogaram para dia 27/5 adivinha até agora nada... Quero meu dinheiro de volta, ou vou processar vocês, se cabam de ter 13 anos no mercado, do que isso adianta não conseguem atender o prazo de entrega que já foi reprogramado 3 vezes. Devolvão meu dinheiro...
