★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estranho antes da pandemia se você precisace refinanciar eles faziam de modo rápido agora o sistema caiu e eles falam que está atualizando eu nunca vi uma empresa ficar um ano sem sistema você não consegue saber quantas parcelas faltam e nem consegui refinanciar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é rápido eles logo te atendem porem já tem duas semanas que estou esperando cair o valor do meu empréstimo , são só promessas vazias de que vão fazer o pix que cai em 24 horas e nessa já estou a duas semanas esperando , estou bem chateada com essa instituição até porque estou contando muito com esse dinheiro e até agora nada. Já falei com duas supervisoras , Daniela ,e também com uma outra supervisora do sac , elas pedem meu pix mas nada acontece. É triste pois se estamos solicitando um empréstimo é porque estamos precisando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa,faz 3 semanas que estou tentando apenas um boleto pra quitar o débito, e simplesmente sem resposta alguma coisa ,simplesmente a única resposta que me deram que teria que fazer um depósito em conta porém pra mim não resolve e o boleto eu tenho direito quabto a isso eles não querem fornecer já mandei e-mail e mais e-vou ebtrea com processo em vocês. Essa empresa não ers nem pra estar no mercado,por isso quem for atrás dessa empresa deisti por eles não valem nada. mail só falam que mesma coisa que não tem como fornecer, isso é um absurdo, se você não pagasse tudo bem você quitar o débito entrei em contato no banco central abri várias reclamações, mais isos não resolve então gente não contrate essa empresa de forma alguma..
