★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente a empresa não presta assistência quando seus funcionários causam danos a outros, como meu caso, o motorista bateu no meu carro, eu liguei, mandei email, fotos e relato de até a falta de educação que fui tratada, fiz orçamentos e aguardei por mais de 02 meses. Agora me informam que existe um áudio do motorista me culpando e que por isso o caso esta resolvido. O pior é ser tratada com total desprezo e arrogância. Espero que mais ninguém passe por o que passei.
 Unfortunately the company does not provide assistance when its employees cause damage to others, as in my case, the driver hit my car, I called, sent email, photos and reports of even the lack of education that I was treated, made budgets and waited for more 02 months. Now they inform me that there is an audio from the driver blaming me and that is why the case is solved. The worst is being treated with total contempt and arrogance. I hope no one else goes through what I went through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento na área de carga péssimo, esperei quase 3h no sol, pra ser atendido enquanto passavam outros caminhões na frente e sempre com a mesma desculpa "to cortando, ta separando". Última vez que efetuo compras nesse fabrica

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O material e de ótima qualidade, porém não cumprem prazos para entrega, sempre muito complicado o pós venda.
-Após eu colocar este comentário acima o pessoal do pós venda me ligou e explicou que os problemas com atraso que eu tive já foram solucionados, e que provavelmente isso não vai mais ocorrer, devo fazer uma nova compra em breve ai posto aqui o resultado.
01/02/2019 - É pessoal o problema continua, as encomendas não chegam no prazo, a justificativa da logística demora para aparecer e no final a gente fica sem material, não sei bem oque significa foco no cliente, mais não deve ter haver com cumprir prazo de entrega, talvez eu seja um cliente muito pequeno e não deva merecer a devida atenção, só posso lamentar.

01/02/2019 - It's personal, the problem continues, the orders don't arrive on time, the logistics justification takes time to appear and in the end we run out of material, I'm not sure what customer focus means, but it shouldn't have to do with meet delivery deadline, maybe I'm a very small customer and should not deserve due attention, I can only regret.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência com Isorecort, quando precisei de placas de isopor para deixar o piso da laje nivelado com a rua, fui muito bem atendido pela Jucilene e até indiquei outros cliente, tanto o atendimento, quanto os produtos são excelentes.
I had an experience with Isorecort, when I needed styrofoam plates to make the slab floor level with the street, I was very well attended by Jucilene and even indicated other clients, both the service and the products are excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sobre o material eu não consigo opinar, pois solicitei um orçamento em 03/09/2020 e não obtive retorno. (Tenho a conversa no app de mensagem, onde por duas vezes a vendedora disse que "estava aguardando autorização dos superiores para passar o orçamento" e até hoje (17/09/2020) nada!
A empresa oferta 2 produtos... O painel monolítico montado e somente a placa de isopor. Quando você solicita o orçamento apenas do isopor, a empresa tenta a todo custo vender o painel montado (muito mais caro, óbvio). Quando recusei o produto e frisei que queria apenas as placas, deu nisso... Até agora sem resposta. Acho que o mínimo que mereciamos como cliente era uma resposta, ainda que negativa.
Só pelo primeiro atendimento, me perdeu como cliente, pois comprei no concorrente que me tratou muito bem, com respaldo imediato!
About the material I can't give an opinion, because I asked for a quote on 9/3/2020 and I didn't get a return. (I have the conversation on the message app, where the salesperson twice said that "I was waiting for authorization from the superiors to pass the budget" and until today (09/17/2020) nothing!
The company offers 2 products ... The monolithic panel assembled and only the Styrofoam plate. When you request a budget for Styrofoam only, the company tries at all costs to sell the assembled panel (much more expensive, obviously). When I refused the product and stressed that I only wanted the plates, it came to this ... So far no answer. I think the least we deserved as a customer was an answer, albeit a negative one.
Just for the first service, he lost me as a customer, because I bought from the competitor who treated me very well, with immediate support!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca mais compro nada dessa empresa. Péssimo atendimento. Pedi um orçamento, demoraram 10 dias para retornar. Aceitei o valor, pedi urgência na entrega, porém depois de 8 dias entraram em contato falando que o valor teria um reajustado de 30%. Aceitei para honrar o compromisso com meus clientes, mas nunca mais compro dessa "empresa".
I never buy anything from that company again. Terrible attendance. I asked for a quote, it took 10 days to return. I accepted the value, asked for urgency in delivery, but after 8 days they contacted me saying that the value would have an adjustment of 30%. I accepted to honor my commitment to my customers, but I never buy from this "company" again.

Dishonest sellers..pass a value and invoice another....quality products...but they are not suitable....Seller Lucimara...passes lower values...to close the sale...but no fulfilled the agreement
