★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma empresa que se propõe a atender outras empresas, poderia no mínimo responder o cliente no WhatsApp. Ser empresário não é só inaugurar local novo e cuidar do padrão estético não, tem que treinar funcionário e pensar na satisfação do cliente também, além de pensar nos processos de forma que funcionem.
Como empresária nunca pude contar com vcs e não recomendo ngm a comprar seus insumos e embalagens aí, pois em algum momento, quando mais precisarem, vcs os deixarão na mão também. É um desrespeito absurdo com o cliente!
A company that intends to serve other companies, could at least answer the customer on WhatsApp. Being an entrepreneur is not just about opening a new location and taking care of the aesthetic standard, you have to train employees and think about customer satisfaction as well, in addition to thinking about the processes so that they work.
As a businesswoman I could never count on you and I do not recommend ngm to buy your supplies and packaging there, because at some point, when you need them most, you will also let them down. It's an absurd disrespect to the customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de sair da loja da Conselheiro Nébias e fiquei decepcionado com o atendimento. Um tempão e ninguém para atender. Dois batendo papo, uma arrumando prateleira e outro que não sei se é segurança, olhando com cara feia. Depois de muito tempo fui atendido. Fiz uma compra de R$144,00 e perguntei se tinha desconto a dinheiro, um pergunta para outro e esse outro diz que só acima de R$200,00. E ainda não me deram cupom fiscal, me deram um pedido. O consumidor não tem que PEDIR CUPOM FISCAL, tem que dar e acabou. É claro que essa orientação de não dar o cupom fiscal parte do patrão. A loja da Campos Melo tinha um tratamento muito melhor.
