Antes de eu efetuar a compra, várias vezes me ligaram, enchendo a paciência com perguntas que não faziam sentido algum, e tentando fazer reuniões sei la pra que, depois que "Aceitam" receber cotação, querem que vc arrume tempo para mais reuniao, (só se fosse agora, domingo as 23:48h)
Quando o vendedor saiu de ferias, a vendedora que estava cobrindo, nao sabia do assunto, e aparentemente, não existe nenhum superior ou responsável para dar qualquer resposta ao cliente. consegui resolver meu problema e não voltei a comprar nunca mais. pessoas despreparadas, produtos caros, cheiro de burrocracias e quando tem um problema nao aparece um supervisor, estão todos a deriva nesse lugar, um dia afunda...

When the salesperson went on vacation, the salesperson who was covering didn't know about it, and apparently, there is no superior or responsible person to give any answer to the customer. I managed to solve my problem and I never bought it again. unprepared people, expensive products, the smell of bureaucracy and when there is a problem, no supervisor appears, they are all adrift in this place, one day it sinks...
