★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha postado um comentário falando mal da empresa, pois infelizmente por falta de comunicação dos funcionários com o Diretor e proprietário tive alguns problemas para solucionar o meu caso, mais ao saber do meu caso o Sr.André(proprietário)me atendeu prontamente pessoalmente, e foi solucionado de imediato o meu caso.
Agradeço a atenção e o comprometimento com o cliente, que pena que ocorreu esse contratempo, mais concerteza eu indico essa empresa sem medo para os meus clientes.
I had posted a comment saying bad things about the company, because unfortunately due to the lack of communication between the employees and the Director and owner, I had some problems to solve my case, but when I heard about my case, Mr. Andre (owner) attended me promptly personally, and my case was solved immediately.
I appreciate the attention and commitment to the customer, what a pity that this setback occurred, the more I certainly recommend this company without fear to my customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha loja de calçados usa o sistema da Alfa e estamos muito satisfeitos.Acho bem fácil de usar e as vezes quando tenho dúvidas falo com os técnicos pelo telefone, gosto muito do atendimento do Gabriel , para vendas sempre faco cotações com a Andressa, ,comigo sempre foi muito educada e prestativa.
My shoe store uses the Alfa system and we are very satisfied. I find it very easy to use and sometimes when I have doubts I talk to the technicians on the phone, I really like Gabriel's service, for sales I always quote with Andressa, with me she was always very polite and helpful.

Technical support is from bad to worse. I have a problem with the files generated for Fortes SIX years ago and never solved, despite the countless calls and messages sent. The last message I sent took 4 months to be answered

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente/ Recepcionista (Sei lá o cargo que ocupa), bem mal educada pois desligou na minha cara duas vezes quando pedi uma informação.
Retornei o contato pela 2° vez porque achei que a ligação tivesse caído.. só notei que foi proposital pois ela me perguntou: Oque mais vc precisa? rs como se estivesse me fazendo um favor em atender.
O Assunto nem era com ela, só queria uma orientação! Mas ainda bem que não deu certo, pois pelo visto este tipo de atendimento deve ser habitual entre eles.
Attendant / Receptionist (I don't know what position he holds), very rude because he hung up on me twice when I asked for information.
I returned the contact for the 2nd time because I thought the call had been dropped... I only noticed that it was on purpose because she asked me: What else do you need? lol as if you were doing me a favor by answering.
The subject wasn't even with her, she just wanted an orientation! But I'm glad it didn't work out, as it seems that this type of service must be common among them.
