I have never seen such a bad internet. You hire 10 mega, but only use 1.2 mega and that's when it's cool. That's the truth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente gostaria de não dar nenhuma estrela. Mais como pra comentar precusa. E um absurdo como existe falta de respeito e um péssimo atendimento. Estou sem internet desde a sexta feira. Na sexta liguei para o suporte e abri um chamado. Hoje já é sábado e nada de atendimento. Moral da história ficarei sem internet até segunda se é que vão resolver alguma coisa na segunda. Já que domigdo não tem atendimento e hoje sábado só atendem até às 16:00 da tarde.
I honestly would like to not give any stars. More like to comment precusa. It is absurd as there is a lack of respect and a terrible service. I've been without internet since Friday. On Friday I called support and opened a call. Today is Saturday and no service. Moral of the story I will be without internet until Monday if they are going to solve anything in Monday. Since Sunday is not open and today only open until 16:00 in the afternoon.
