Uma dentista só atendendo todos , colocou curativo no meu dente tudo errado , machucou minha boca e dente saiu sangrando , recepcionista não orienta direito ,passando informações errada pelo telefone ,voltei pra retirar o curativo pois o dente começou doer assim como tinha outras pessoas questionando a mesma dor !!!
 Worst service of my life!! A dentist only attending to everyone, put a bandage on my tooth all wrong, it hurt my mouth and the tooth came out bleeding, receptionist doesn't guide correctly, giving wrong information over the phone, I went back to remove the bandage because the tooth started to hurt just like there were other people questioning the same pain!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, estou indo embora sem atendimento. Cheguei as 11:30 e até as 14:00 não fui atendida ainda. E esse horário é a troca de plantão, e a próxima dentista não havia chegado ainda.
Espero não precisar voltar nesse lugar.
Horrible, I'm leaving without service. I arrived at 11:30 am and until 2:00 pm I was not answered yet. And that time is the shift change, and the next dentist hadn't arrived yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendida! Desde a recepção até o pós tratamento. Cheguei na clínica sentindo muita dor e apavorada, com muito medo. O dentista foi super paciente comigo, me explicou tudo que ia fazer, me deixou bem tranquila e não senti nenhuma dor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ao consultório para fazer uma restauração no dente da frente, fui atendido pela Dra. Fernanda que fez o reparo e ao finalizar solicitei que complementasse o serviço para que ficasse mais harmônica a forma do dente, ela se dispôs a fazer porém chamou o Dr Marcus para enfatizar que o serviço ali não visava adequação estética o que teria de ser buscado no dentista regular, o que me causou alguma insatisfação, uma vez que o reparo feito é em carater definitivo e não temporário e, naturalmente, deve-se buscar a melhor forma estetica para a aparencia do paciente, até porque o coserto do primeiro serviço não demorou nem 10 minutos. O resultado ficou satisfatório mas acho que o tratamento com o cliente deve ser melhorado. Ja fui em outra clinica de emergência dentaria e a preocupação com o bem estar e atendimento do cliente foi nitidamente melhor.

Fui muito bem atendida pela dentista de plantão também, ela foi atenciosa, paciente e muito gentil. Todas as regras de segurança da pandemia estão sendo seguidas. Parabéns.
