★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência que já tive com locação de imóveis. Não dão nenhum tipo de suporte, não respondem. E quando retornam, não possuem nenhum tipo de solução. Péssimo atendimento e prestação de serviço horrível!!!
 Worst experience I've ever had with real estate leasing. They don't give any kind of support, they don't respond. And when they return, they don't have any kind of solution. Terrible service and horrible service!!!

Relato aqui como cliente que sou ja aluguei mais de 8 imoveis tanto comerciais quanto residenciais todos da imobiliaria sempre muito prestativos. Diversas vezes precisei negociar (e ciente que negociacao nao depende deles pois nao sao os donos do imoveis) sempre fizeram de tudo pra conseguir algo bom pra mim e tb pro proprietario.
Nao troco de imobiliaria pois sei da honestidade em tratar clientes e sao super humanos sempre pensam em nos ajudar.
So tenho a agradecer vcs por serem pessoas honestas e sempre procurar o melhor pra nos.

I have been a client for 8 years both to rent and buy properties. I report here as a client that I have rented more than 8 properties, both commercial and residential, all of the real estate always very helpful. Several times I needed to trade (and aware that trading does not depend on them as they are not the owners of the property) always did everything to get something good for me and also for the owner.
I don't change real estate because I know the honesty in treating customers and they are super human and always think about helping us.
I just have to thank you guys for being honest people and always looking for the best for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência com imobiliária que já tivemos!!! Não respondem, não há comunicação dentro da empresa entre os funcionários, ninguém sabe nada quando você pede uma informação, deixam tudo para última hora e não resolvem nada. Não façam negócio com eles se não querem ter dor de cabeça!!!
EM RESPOSTA À EMPRESA:
Acredito que quem respondeu essa avaliação não está muito familiarizado com os detalhes do caso. Lembrando que quando fomos até a imobiliária no dia 15/07 (porque não nos respondiam por meio algum), foi dito para entregar a chave até dia 17 que o proprietário avaliaria para ver se aceitava ou não. Foi dito também que a proprietária havia ligado no dia 14 na imobiliária dizendo que ninguém avisou que nós sairíamos do apto (a carta foi enviada dia 29/06 e, segundo a imobiliária, já haviam repassado a solicitação para os proprietários). Por fim, após uma série de acontecimentos estranhos, foi avisado que não seria aceito.
De qualquer forma, MUITO OBRIGADA pelo retorno aqui no Google (onde todo mundo vê). Agora fico no aguardo da resposta pelos outros meios particulares, que continuam em aberto.

Worst experience with real estate we've ever had!!! They do not respond, there is no communication within the company between employees, no one knows anything when you ask for information, they leave everything to the last minute and do not solve anything. Don't do business with them if you don't want to have a headache!!!
IN RESPONSE TO THE COMPANY:
I believe that whoever responded to this assessment is not very familiar with the details of the case. Remembering that when we went to the real estate agency on 07/15 (because they didn't answer us by any means), we were told to deliver the key by the 17th, which the owner would evaluate to see if he accepted or not. It was also said that the owner had called the real estate agency on the 14th saying that no one had told us that we would leave the apartment (the letter was sent on June 29 and, according to the real estate agency, they had already forwarded the request to the owners). Finally, after a series of strange events, he was told that he would not be accepted.
Anyway, THANK YOU SO MUCH for returning here on Google (where everyone sees). Now I'm waiting for the answer by other private means, which remain open.
