★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Organização só fica na teoria, pq na prática é totalmente bagunçado e sem planejamento (pelo menos é o que esta acontecendo em uma seleção aqui em Mata de São João). Agenda a entrevista para uma data, logo depois te ligam pra remarcar pra outra data posterior a antiga. Vc se programa e derrepente ligam mandando vc ir lá uma hora depois dessa ligação e chega la só fala um monte de baboseiras e manda ficar esperando a ligação pra entrevista com outra pessoa. E aí começa outra saga do marca, desmarca e remarca.
Quem ta de parte acha até que é uma seleçao para algum cargo executivo.
Organization is only in theory, because in practice it is totally messy and without planning (at least that is what is happening in a selection here in Mata de São João). Schedule the interview for a date, then call to reschedule for another date after the old one. You schedule yourself and suddenly call telling you to go there an hour after that call and there you just talk a lot of nonsense and have to wait for the call to interview someone else. And then another brand saga begins, deselects and reschedules.
Anyone who thinks that it is even a selection for some executive position.
