★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento, atendentes da loja situada na japuiba não tem is devidos cursos para trabalharem nesse ramo, gerente não existe, pois não tem iniciativa alguma para lidar com clientes. Nunca fui tão mal atendido como fui nessa loja TMC da Japuiba..melhoremmm..pois vcs precisam da venda para sobre over. Se precisar de um Gerente posso, ajudar.
Pessimo attendance, attendants of the store located in japuiba do not have proper courses to work in this branch, manager does not exist, because he has no initiative to deal with customers. I have never been as poorly attended as I was at this TMC store in Japuiba..bettermmm..then you guys need the sale for over over. If I need a Manager, I can help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posso dizer que é o lugar onde encontro o melhor preço e atendimento. Um pouco distante do centro de Angra, porém entregam no cais das barcas se necessário ou em outros locais. Fazem atendimento pelo ZAP , o que ajuda muita , principalmente para quem mora distante da loja ou não ilha Grande.
I can say that it is the place where I find the best price and service. A little far from the center of Angra, but they deliver at the ferry dock if necessary or in other places. They provide assistance through the ZAP, which helps a lot, especially for those who live far from the store or not Ilha Grande.

Se Alguém disser que o atendimento é bom, deve ser parente de funcionário...Vendedores com má vontade, antipáticos... você pergunta por um produto, eles não fazem nem questão de te ajudar procurar... agora vc vai na Nota 10. Por isso que a loja deles só vivem cheia...atendimento é tudo.
I've been to the Japuiba store several times and the service is horrible. If someone says that the service is good, it must be a relative of an employee... Sellers with ill will, unfriendly... you ask for a product, they don't even bother to help you look for it... now you go to Grade 10 That's why their store is always full...service is everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E um absurdo, a TCM e um grupo de franquia e porque a TCM de Angra é a mas cara de todas e os funcionários não fazem questão nenhuma de atender bem.eu rodei várias lojas de pisos e só consegui compra em GARATUCAIA. Ótimos pisos e o preço sim bem convidativo.o atendimento de primeira com direito a água e cafezinho e muito mais.
It's absurd, TCM is a franchise group and because TCM in Angra is the most expensive of all and the employees don't make any point of serving well. Great floors and the price is very inviting. First class service with water and coffee and much more.
