Foi compra um piso e o preço da etigueda era um e o valor foi outro, além de ser chamado de aproveitador e humilhado pelo vendedor vcs estão comprando preço abusivo uma lata de tinta de 54 reais no dinheiro vai para 65 no débito automático, vou acusa vcs de propaganda enganosa no Procon e no reclame aqui.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desorganizados. Fiz pedido dos materiais e não foi entregue e nem avisado que não seria entregue. Quem erra são eles mas quem fica no prejuízo do erro é o cliente. Paguei frete do barco e a taxa de entrega da loja para trazer os materiais conforme o combinado do dia e horário mas não entregaram e nem avisaram. PÉSSIMOS!
Comprando direto na loja talvez ajude pq pra entregar é DOR DE CABEÇA e PREJUÍZO!
Disorganized. I placed an order for the materials and it was neither delivered nor advised that it would not be delivered. They are the ones who make the mistake, but the customer is the one who loses the error. I paid shipping for the boat and the delivery fee from the store to bring the materials as agreed on the day and time but they did not deliver or warn me. TERRIBLE!
Buying direct at the store may help pq to deliver is HEADACHE and LOSS!

Cancelei uma compra, pela demora da entrega. Quatro dias pra entregar 4 cxs de piso e 3 argamassas.
A loja da japuiba, não trabalha com estoque, então tem que aguardar a loja do Camorim pra fazer a entrega. ?
Realmente, fica difícil.

Infelizmente o "vendendor' que me "atendeu" foi um despreparado sem educação ,não deu a devida atenção. E como eu não fui lá pra ser mal atendido fui embora e comprei em outro lugar .
E que por ventura fui muito bem atendido .
Então nessa tal loja TCM nunca mais volto e vou divulgar para terceiros como um péssimo lugar para se comprar.
