★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem muitas opções, atendimento bom , só o que não entendo é que não dão desconto à vista! Dividem o valor a vista em 10 vezes(pagam tx de cartão)mas não dão desconto em dinheiro. Não entendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra de pisos e revestimentos e combinei com o vendedor que só fecharia a compra caso fosse notificado sobre o dia que ocorreria a entrega. O vendedor me garantiu que entrariam em contato em dois momentos: para perguntar se poderiam entregar determinado dia e novamente no dia combinado, para confirmarem que há alguém no local para receber o material. Fiz essa solicitação pois não resido no local, então teria que contratar alguém para receber e levar o material até minha residência.
Em menos de dois dias úteis da compra um vizinho entra em contato comigo informando que estavam descarregando o material na escada, sem ninguém ter recebido. A entrega era distante, então provavelmente eles aproveitaram uma viagem e estavam descarregando ser ter entrado em contato comigo nenhuma vez. Tentei entrar em contato com o vendedor com o qual tinha feito esse acordo, pois fui obrigado a contratar alguém em cima da hora para subir com a argamassa, para não correr o risco de perder o material por conta de uma possível chuva. O vendedor disse que iria verificar e passou a ignorar minhas mensagens.
Ou seja, total descaso da loja e do vendedor, que fala qualquer coisa para fechar a venda, sem se preocupar em cumprir com o acordado. E descaso maior da loja, que optou por não fazer nada, mesmo estando completamente no erro.
Nunca mais voltarei a fazer negócio em nenhuma loja do grupo TMC e aconselho que ninguém o faça também.
I made a purchase of floors and coverings and agreed with the seller that I would only close the purchase if I was notified of the day the delivery would take place. The seller assured me that they would contact me at two times: to ask if they could deliver on a certain day and again on the agreed day, to confirm that there is someone on site to receive the material. I made this request because I do not live in the place, so I would have to hire someone to receive and take the material to my residence.
Less than two business days after the purchase, a neighbor contacted me informing me that they were unloading the material on the stairs, without anyone having received it. Delivery was distant, so probably they took advantage of a trip and were unloading without having contacted me once. I tried to get in touch with the seller with whom I had made this agreement, as I was forced to hire someone at the last minute to go up with the mortar, so as not to run the risk of losing the material due to possible rain. The seller said he would check and proceeded to ignore my messages.
That is, total disregard by the store and the seller, who says anything to close the sale, without worrying about complying with the agreement. And greater neglect of the store, which chose to do nothing, even though it was completely in the wrong.
I will never do business in any TMC group store again and I advise that no one else does either.
